Therapist Feature: Heather Randolph, SLP

This month we are highlighting one of our talented Speech-Language Pathologists, Heather Randolph!

Heather has worked in this industry or a similar position for 15 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Special Education with a Reading Endorsement from the University of Idaho and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Idaho State University. Heather has been a part of the Tilton’s Therapy Team for three years in the mobile setting. Before working with Tilton’s Therapy, Heather gained experience working in other settings such as schools, clinics, and hospitals.

Originally, Heather was drawn to the profession because she wanted to help children communicate with their families as well as those around them. She enjoys working with children and their families and seeing the progress made over time. Heather specializes in the areas of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), phonology, and feeding difficulties. Throughout her career, Heather has given back to the profession through opportunities in mentoring and supervising students.

For a little more than three years, Heather has lived in Las Vegas, NV. She is originally from the Pacific Northwest. In her spare time, Heather enjoys traveling, hiking, watching sports, and reading. Some of her passions include art, travel, and inclusion for people with disabilities. She feels that the mobile setting does present a challenge when it comes to scheduling. However, when asked what she enjoys most about the mobile therapy setting, she reported that she enjoys the flexibility it offers.

Thank you Heather for your hard work and dedication to all of your wonderful clients! We look forward to continuing to work with you on the Tilton’s Therapy team!
