Zookeeper Passport Booklet
Welcome to the Therapy Zoo! With the Therapy Zoo Passport, you become the "Zookeeper," traveling to different animal stations to complete fun physical, occupational, and speech therapy challenges. This interactive booklet encourages movement, fine motor skills, and language development while sparking your child's imagination.

Crayons, colored pencils, or other way to color in the animal tracks
How to Assemble Your Booklet
Print: Print the entire PDF document single-sided. You should have your Cover Page, inner activity pages, and zookeeper stamp pages.
Cut the Inner Pages: Carefully cut the printed page exactly in half down the middle line (except for the cover page). Stack them so the pages are in the correct reading order.
Create the Cover: Take your printed Cover Page and fold it in half right down the middle to create the outside of your book.
Bind the Passport: Place your stacked, cut inner pages neatly inside the folded Cover Page. Add two staples along the folded spine to hold your official passport together!
How to Play
Visit the Animals: Choose an animal station inside the passport to visit. Read the challenge together and help your child complete the therapeutic task.
Earn Your Badges: Once a task (like the Turkey Waddle or the Lion's Roar) is successfully completed, your child can color in the matching animal tracks on the page to make it official!
Fill in your Passport: Continue making your way through the zoo until you have colored in all the tracks to complete your passport!
