Team Feature: Kyle Smith, Director of Operations

For the month of January, we are featuring Tilton’s Therapy for Tots’ Director of Operations, Kyle Smith!

Kyle’s role with the company began in October of 2017. At the time of his work commencing, he managed operations part-time, as the company had seven therapists on the team. Over the course of the next year the company would experience significant growth, and Kyle took on the role of Director of Operations full-time in June of 2018, managing a much larger team. He plays an integral role in advocating for the insurance authorizations that are needed for the patients to receive treatments. Without his dedication and tenacity, the therapists would have a slew of challenges in providing treatment; therefore, we are lucky to have him clearing the way!

Earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at UNLV, Kyle is able to work within a closely related field through Tilton’s Therapy for Tots. When asked about what aspect of the profession he likes most, Kyle pointed to his appreciation that patients are able to elect to receive therapy in the natural environment. In addition, he likes the freedom of scheduling available with Tilton’s Therapy for Tots and the choice of mobile therapy that TT4T can provide for patients throughout the community!

Las Vegas is Kyle’s hometown - he is a native to the city and has lived here for most of his life. He enjoys living here because for him - Las Vegas is home! Kyle’s role with Tilton’s Therapy for Tots involves a lot of hard work and attention to detail, and he manages a difficult role with a great attitude and dedication.

Occupational balance is important however, and in his free time, Kyle pursues his passion of music! He enjoys simply listening to music but also plays different instruments as well. One of the things he enjoys most about his time listening to music is discovering something new.

The team at TT4T is so appreciative of the hard work Kyle applies to his role and thanks him for his care and dedication to helping serve the kids and community of Las Vegas!
