Team Feature: Elizabeth McDonough, Executive Administrator

This month, we are featuring a new team member, Elizabeth McDonough, Executive Administrator!

Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Salem, Oregon, Elizabeth has lived and spent time in other areas of the country, including the East Coast - New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts. She enjoys all the outdoor recreation and beauty it has to offer. Over the course of her career, Elizabeth has earned over 20 years of experience in administrative support roles, customer service, sales, and business compliance.

“I love working in a supportive role where I can use my vast experience to achieve company goals.”

When it comes to her profession with Tilton’s Therapy, Elizabeth enjoys that she has the ability to do many different tasks and learn about the industry and where it is going. She has worked in several different industries, including owning an Early Childhood business, working in national sales for 143 television stations, as a Workers’ Compensation IT Analyst, and more recently, in Human Resources/Business Compliance in Food Manufacturing. Now she looks forward to her administrative role in therapeutic intervention.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Elizabeth enjoys being a proud wife and the mother of two sons while living in the Pacific Northwest where her lifestyle allows for recreation she enjoys, including golfing, playing tennis, biking, and volunteering her time to support high school fundraisers for her sons. She also ensures she has quality time with family and friends.

Elizabeth and her family moved back to the Pacific Northwest 17 years ago to raise their family because of all the amazing things the area has to offer. She is passionate about exploring Central Oregon (particularly Sunriver, OR) and incorporating her favorite outdoor activities with family and friends.

Thank you for joining our team Elizabeth! We are excited to have you on board and look forward to a bright future together.
