Therapist Feature: Heather Randolph, SLP
This month we are highlighting one of our talented Speech-Language Pathologists, Heather Randolph!
Heather has worked in this industry or a similar position for 15 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Special Education with a Reading Endorsement from the University of Idaho and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Idaho State University.
Therapist Feature: Jocelyn Wells, SLP
This month, our featured team member is Jocelyn Wells, Speech-Language Pathologist.
Jocelyn received her Master in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Nevada, Reno. When Jocelyn was in college, she knew she wanted to work with children, but did not have a desire to become a teacher. Her grandfather and mother both worked in the medical field as a doctor and nurse (respectively) and Jocelyn was always drawn to this industry as a result.
New Horizons Academy Excelsior Program
Therapists are invited to come into New Horizons Academy School for the Excelsior Program during school hours to work with clients. This service gives therapists another location and helps our families to have services provided ‘under one roof’. This Year One pilot program is for Pre-K students and will be adding kindergarten through third grade in Year Two, 2022.
Therapist Feature: Megan Trentman, SLP
This month our featured therapist is Megan Trentman, speech-language pathologist! Megan has worked as a speech-language pathologist almost five years, one year with Tilton’s Therapy this summer. Originally, Megan always knew she wanted to help people and work with children.
Therapist Feature: Jessica Pierson, OT
This month’s featured therapist is Jessica Pierson, occupational therapist!
Jessica has worked in this industry or a similar position for about seven years and received her education first from California State University, Fullerton for her bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She later received her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Touro University in Nevada.
Therapist Feature: Tori Tobin, OT
For this month, we are featuring occupational therapist Tori Tobin!
Tori has worked as an OT for the last three and a half years — one and a half years with the Tilton’s team. Before her work as an occupational therapist, Tori gained experience working in respite care as well as serving as a paraprofessional in the school district for children with autism.

Occupational Therapist Assistant Susan Ray is our featured team member this month! Susan has worked in this industry for over nine and a half years with a total of six and a half years working with adults and three with children.

As I began to prepare Tilton’s Therapy For Tots vision statement for 2021 I must not forget about how our incredible team of therapists and administrative team allowed for continuation of outstanding and quality therapy services for all of our beautiful children to whom we provide therapy services.

Therapist Feature: Ann Seastrand, SLP
This month we are featuring one of our outstanding speech therapists, Ann Seastrand. Ann is originally from Mapleton, Utah but has lived in Las Vegas for almost 3 years. She says that she enjoys the friendly people here and the warmer winters the most.

This month, we are highlighting our amazing therapy team in Northern Nevada! In August, we began servicing the communities in this region, and we’re getting new patients started with our talented and caring professionals.

This month we are highlighting one of our amazing physical therapists, Juliet Buettner.
Juliet has been working in the physical therapy profession for 39 years. (Talk about a lot of experience!) Juliet has always had a love for science and knew that she wanted to work in a medical profession.
